Houthi strike: IDF, US fail to intercept ballistic missile that lands near Israel airport
A ballistic missile fired by the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels landed near Israel's Ben Gurion International Airport Sunday, causing panic and briefly halting flights. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded, saying attacks by the Houthis "emanate from Iran." He added, "Israel will respond to the Houthi attack against our main airport AND, at a time and place of our choosing, to their Iranian terror masters." Meantime, President Trump said on social media that any further attack or retaliation by the Houthis will be met with "great force."
