►The single biggest cause of death among men under-45 in the UK is suicide. The reasons behind that statistic are varied and complex - but there are some issues that are too important to ignore:

Why are so many men suffering?

Why don't they feel able to talk about it?

And what, as family, friends, and as a society, can we do to help?

In this special programme we examine each of those issues with a group of men who each with their own, very personal stories to tell.

Some have attempted suicide, others have lost loved ones to suicide.
