Tad Thomas on NewsNation TV News discussing TikTok Ban

A federal appeals court panel unanimously upheld a law that could lead to a ban on TikTok in a few short months.

The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit denied TikTok's position to overturn that law which requires TikTok to break ties with its China parent company ByteDance or be banned in the US by mid-January.

It also shot down the company's challenge of that statute which it argued defied the First Amendment.
