Russian Economic Numbers - Hidden Message in the Data - 444

Russian economic data seems a little bit too symmetrical to me. I understand the translation to USD and the rounding in data might give a different number, however, for fun I take a look at some of the numbers coming out of Russia and repeated by Western sources and question at a basic level if they are to be taken as fact or viewed with skepticism. There is an underlying message that Moscow wants to convey beyond just the Economic data it is that there is a feel to the numbers that strike a resonance in the psychology of people listening. There is a psychology of numbers and in this video I question if economic reporting agencies in Russia are using psychology by delivering economics numbers that are palatable rather than transparent.
